The history of NATG is long and well founded in a culture of customer service and to always treat the customer right. NATG was originally started under the name North American Telecommunications Group in 1980 by the Harman Family. Prior to 1980, all communications services in the province were provided by the Telephone Company, BC Tel. BC Tel held a tight Monopoly on the communications industry with little competition in a tightly regulated environment, with deregulation and customers seeking better choices, NATG was founded and grew rapidly. Focused on customer service and treating customers better, NATG differentiated themselves in the market and created a loyal following.

As the Industry is changing, so too is NATG. In 2018 we rebranded as NATGisIT to emphasize our expanding focus of a full service Technology Solutions provider. We’ve also expanded into the interior markets with sales and service representatives in Kamloops, Kelowna, and on Vancouver Island.
